Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Patient Safety, Learning and Governance (PSL&G) Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, governance and coordination support to the PSL&G function. The post-holder will assist Learning from Deaths and mortality review processes, ensuring accurate information management and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support within healthcare or governance.
• Familiarity with information governance and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and governance support to the PSL&G Team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and papers, minute taking, action tracking.
• Maintain governance records and mortality databases.
• Produce routine reports and performance information.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including NHS England and ICBs.
• Ensure data accuracy and comply with information governance policies.
