Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Clinical Co-Ordinator to organise the Trust’s rapid review process and manage patient safety learning events across the organisation. The role supports the PSIRF framework and contributes to the patient safety and quality improvement program, working with senior leaders, safety experts, and across business units.

Qualifications

• Coordinate rapid review process and patient safety learning events.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Produce high level reports relating to patient safety events.

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the Trust's rapid review process and patient safety learning events.
• Support the Patient Safety Incident and Response Framework (PSIRF) and related policies.
• Support day-to-day activities of the Patient Safety Team.
• Coordinate student placements within the team.
• Provide cross-cover within the Clinical Governance Team when required.
• Work with the patient safety team, senior leadership, safety experts and external stakeholders to deliver engaging learning events.
