Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator to join the Trauma, Orthopaedics & Rheumatology clinical admin team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to prioritise under tight deadlines, and the initiative to work independently as well as in a team.

Knowledge of the Trust's EPR and elective access standards is desirable, with training

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, comprehensive and effective administration support service to the administration, nursing and wider medical teams.
• Manage each patient’s pathway in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaise with staff and colleagues at all levels.
• Support TOR operational needs within the admin team.
