Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator to join the TOR clinical admin team based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload to tight deadlines.

You will liaise with staff at all levels and be responsible for managing each patient’s pathway.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in a clinical setting.
• Competent computer skills across standard software.
• Ability to plan and coordinate work within area of responsibility.
• Good level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, comprehensive and effective administration support service to the administration, nursing and the wider medical teams.
• Demonstrate initiative and manage patient pathways in a timely and efficient manner.
