The Lister Hospital in Chelsea, part of HCA UK, seeks a Patient Liaison Officer to be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them from initial enquiry through appointment.

This full-time, 37.5-hour role supports patients through their journey, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience and excellent care.

Salary up to £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with benefits and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities
