We’re looking for a Patient Liaison Officer to join our team at The Lister Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting patients at the start of their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive a professional, compassionate and seamless experience from their initial enquiry through to their appointment.

As a Patient Liaison Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing excellent customer service and helping coordinate their journey through the clinic. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you’ll ensure all enquiries are managed efficiently and patients receive the highest standard of care and support.
