United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Receptionist (Band 2) for the Boston Outpatients area. The role involves welcoming patients, checking them in for appointments, and providing essential administrative support within outpatient clinics.

You will be the first point of contact, helping ensure a smooth clinic experience. Flexible working and NHS pension are part of the benefits, with a salary of £25,272 per year.

Formación

• GCSE (Grade C or above) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• CLAIT or European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a customer care or reception environment.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients attending outpatient clinics and direct them to the correct area.
• Greet patients, provide directions and signpost to services such as pharmacy.
• Support car parking and Blue Badge registration where required.
• Update patient details on Trust systems to ensure accuracy.
• Escalate issues to supervisors or coordinators and maintain a patient-centred service.
