Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Patient Flow Co-ordinator to support the Acute Medical Unit at Southmead Hospital. You will work closely with the Nurse in charge and Consultant to ensure smooth operations, interfacing with site teams and external NHS partners to deliver timely information for decision making.

• GCSE level or equivalent experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel & Word skills.
• Ability to interpret and develop Excel databases.

• Coordinate data for the operational running of the Acute Medical Unit.
• Provide timely information for internal and external sharing to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with Nurse in charge, Consultant in charge and site/divisional teams to ensure smooth operations.
