Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Patient Enquiry Handler to join the Outpatients Administration Bank on a part-time basis. The role involves administering daily operations, handling calls and emails, data entry, and supporting Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate records.

You will work shifts on the bank basis; the pay is £13.10 per hour depending on experience, with holiday, pension and gym membership benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable call handling skills.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to use relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Input and update data in relevant systems.
• Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
• Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
• Prepare and compile reports and documents.
• Provide support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Manage and respond to web enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with face-to-face enquiries from patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.
• Provide information on services, appointments, and pricing as required.
• Provide administrative support to consultants, including managing correspondence and responding to enquiries.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments to support the delivery of an excellent customer experience.
• Support SAR administration in accordance with organisational policies and data protection requirements.
