Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review requests for patient health records under subject access provisions / UK GDPR, court orders, police and statutory requirements.
• Manage own caseload with IG Team and Deputy Head of IG & Patient Records support.
• Follow set processes to extract data from various clinical systems.
• Liaise with other departments to review records (safeguarding, clinical health psychology, CAMHS).
• Apply redaction to data where necessary.
• Facilitate disclosure of records to the requestor.
