Job summary

CHEC in Warrington is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, meeting and greeting them and handling appointment calls. You will perform administration duties while upholding high standards of patient care and data privacy.

The role is permanent, part-time at 28.5 hours across three days, with a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to eye health services across the UK.

Job Title: Patient Coordinator

Location: Warrington base and surrounding locations

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 28.5 hours, over 3 days (7.30am to 5.30pm standard shift times)

Salary: £18,836.22 - 28.5 hours per week

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.

The focus of the role is working on our reception, being the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for meeting patients, taking inbound and making outbound calls to patients about their appointments. You will perform administration duties as they arise whilst following processes and procedures.

• To provide advice to patients about the services we provide which are available to them.
