Shifts on rotational basis - 6am-2pm, 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm, 12pm - 8pm

As a Patient Access Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome at reception. Your role will involve delivering a high standard of customer care while managing a busy front desk, handling patient check-ins, and assisting with enquiries. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey.

This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining a 5-star, world-class service.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with The Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5* excellence across the facility


• Forming part of the Front of House team, being the first point of contact for patients, Consultants and visitors


• Dealing with enquiries in person, via telephone and email.


• Carrying out a variety ofadministrative tasks
