Job summary

Spire Healthcare in Cardiff is seeking a Patient Contact Centre Advisor for our Cardiff PSC. This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring an efficient patient service within the centre, with induction training of two weeks (9am-5pm) followed by shifts 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays.

Based in our Patient Support Centre in St Mellons, Cardiff, you will manage bookings, diary for outpatient clinics, handle referrals and correspondence, and respond to enquiries promptly while working

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Track record of successful delivery in a similar role, in an office and / or customer service environment.
  • Experience of handling high call volumes in a fast paced environment.
  • High level of PC literacy and experience of using multiple systems and programmes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with good organisational skills.

Please note that these vacancies are based in our Patient Support Centre in St Mellons, Cardiff

Please note - Induction training will be held for 2 weeks (9am to 5pm) following this, shifts will vary between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
