Job summary

The role focuses on leading staff to deliver accurate outpatient bookings and to act as the first point of contact for patients.

You will support a change process within the outpatient booking team and ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and coordinating workloads.
• Experience in change management and supporting a change process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of patient care advisors to support patients through the booking pathway.
• Ensure referrals, outpatient appointments, and procedures are booked in line with patient pathways and NHS targets.
• Monitor data quality and provide validation and training to the team.
