Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking Service Coordinators for the Single Point of Access (SPA) at New Parks Health Centre. The role involves handling referrals, calls and emails to coordinate patient care and maintain records within defined pathways.

You will work as part of a team to ensure patients see the right person, at the right time, and in the right place, while upholding confidentiality and data accuracy across systems.
