InHealth Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support patients by delivering excellent service over the phone. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide information about diabetic eye care, and encourage attendance at screening appointments.

The role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and making a positive difference to patient experience, with shifts from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm in a full-time pattern.
