Job summary

InHealth Group Limited is seeking a Programme Team Leader for the Diabetic Eye Screening programme in North West London. You will lead and develop a team of retinal screeners, ensuring high-quality screening and grading with patient-centred care, while maintaining clinical standards.

Role requires a Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners, GCSEs in Maths and English, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Driving license and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team of screeners.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to sustain high clinical standards.
• Ability to plan rosters and ensure adequate clinic coverage.
• Experience with quality assurance and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of screeners to deliver screening and grading services.
• Provide mentoring, training and constructive challenge to maintain high clinical standards.
• Support team members in achieving their Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners.
• Assist with staff rota planning and ensure adequate clinic and grading cover at all times.
• Monitor clinic environments to ensure compliance with clinical and organisational standards.
• Work with Programme Manager to meet programme objectives.
• Oversee compliance processes and provide support where required.
• Promote a proactive, solution-focused approach to daily challenges.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
