Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a part-time Bookings Administrator to manage a high volume of referral-to-appointment requests, ensuring service standards and great customer experience. 30 hours per week 10:00-18:00; salary £25,038 per annum pro rata; NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent preferred.

You will handle appointments, coordinate room availability and clinics, generate standard reports, and maintain accurate data using the hospital systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests and data accuracy.
