Job summary

Optical Express seeks a Patient Advisor to welcome patients, coordinate appointments and guide them through their eye care journey. The role involves travel between Exeter and Taunton and delivering consistent, friendly service in our clinics.

You will build relationships with patients, assist in consultations, scan eyes using state-of-the-art equipment, help complete health questionnaires, schedule treatment dates, discuss finance options and maintain accurate patient records.
