Qualifications

• Proficient in PC and standard software/systems used in admin tasks.
• Basic financial awareness helpful for processing payments and invoices.
• Experience in private healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow best practice process maps to provide efficient, professional service to patients and staff.
• Respond to patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures.
• Comply with mandatory training.
