Job summary

Circle Health Group is hiring a Patient Administrator at Sarum Road Hospital in Winchester on a 30-hour, fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role supports the patient journey, bookings, mail handling and adherence to health and safety standards within the private healthcare network.

Applicants should have Maths and English GCSEs (A-C), be proficient with PC software, and bring prior private healthcare administration experience if possible. A competitive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at A-C or equivalent
• Proficient use of a PC, including common software & systems
• Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Adhere to Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide efficient, professional service.
• Deal with patient queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain Health and Safety knowledge and ensure appropriate measures.
• Complete mandatory training requirements.
