The department covers Outpatient Bookings, Rapid Access and Imaging, Contact Centre and Scheduled Care, with potential development through a level 3 team leading/supervisor qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Access team across multiple areas (Outpatient Bookings, Rapid Access and Imaging, Contact Centre, and Scheduled Care).
• Coordinate with colleagues across the Trust and with the public to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Support RTT and 2WW performance targets and ensure efficient, patient-focused processes.
• Contribute to ongoing development with potential progression to a level 3 team leading/supervisor qualification.
