Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Team Leader for the Patient Access Department in West Bromwich. The role focuses on leading a multi-functional team within a fast-paced hospital setting, coordinating outpatient bookings, rapid access and imaging, and the contact centre to deliver a best-in-class service.

The successful candidate will have extensive healthcare experience, specialist knowledge of waiting list management, and demonstrable supervisory skills.

• Provide first line supervision to the team.
