Job summary

NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group are recruiting two full-time Patient Access Clerks for Broadgreen Hospital. The roles involve registration, booking and template management across all appointment priorities, within a busy Patient Registration and Template Team.

The post holder will deliver administrative support to care groups, be flexible to cover colleagues, and help provide a high-quality service to patients across Merseyside.

Qualifications

• Organised and enthusiastic administration clerk required.
• Experience in NHS administrative support is advantageous.
• Flexible and capable of covering for absent colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Register, book and template manage referrals and templates for appointment priorities.
• Provide general admin support and assist care groups as needed.
• Cover for absent colleagues to maintain service provision.
