Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Patient Pathway Manager supports the Directorate Senior Management Team in operational management.
• Leads day-to-day management of patient pathways and oversees administrative processes.
• Monitors performance targets and escalates risks affecting service delivery.
• Implements standard operating procedures and supports service improvements and strategic planning.
• Provides direct line management to staff including workforce planning, rota management, annual leave, sickness absence, recruitment, appraisals, mandatory training and development.
