Job summary

Spire Healthcare Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bank Customer Service Administrator to support the Pathology service as a single point of contact for customers, including external clients, internal staff, and third-party providers. The hybrid role combines home-based and Spire Manchester site work.

You will handle pathway support, ensure quality and accuracy, and perform duties within the role's scope. Prior customer service experience and competence with MS Office are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the single point of contact for internal and external clinical staff, patient advocates, external companies and other service providers.
• Supporting the customer pathways.
• Focusing on quality and accuracy while supporting all Spire Pathology Customers.
• Carrying out any other duty within the general nature and level of responsibility.
