Job summary

Synnovis is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in London to support healthcare professionals, NHS trusts, GP surgeries and external customers. You will handle calls, provide pathology results and maintain records, contributing to timely, accurate information flow and patient care.

The role involves a mix of calls and written inquiries within a supportive team, with a rotating shift pattern and a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education or equivalent.
• Customer Service NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience with word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in a laboratory or hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries and direct to appropriate section.
• Be the first point of contact for written and telephone enquiries.
• Communicate with medical professionals and staff to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support for the department.
• Maintain customer service logs and tracking and update databases.
