Job summary

Clinisys is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Woking. The role covers managing customer incidents, ensuring SLA targets are met, and providing high-quality support for Clinisys Pathology applications.

You will work a five-day week on a shift rota 08:00–20:00, with hybrid working three days a week in the Woking office. Onboarding includes office attendance on day one and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer incidents via the service desk, within SLA targets.
• Develop understanding of Clinisys Pathology solutions and customer environments.
• Take ownership of support cases from logging to resolution.
• Escalate issues and follow defined support processes.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Build relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings and an on-call rota after a qualifying period.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain the knowledge base.
• Complete required administrative tasks and support wider team objectives.
