Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Dungannon is seeking a Patch Manager to support tenants across the Mid-Ulster area and promote positive tenancy outcomes.

In this community-focused role you’ll handle tenancy sustainment, engage with residents, manage voids and transfers, and coordinate with leaseholders, with a 37-hour week at £16.90 per hour. This temporary position is in the public sector and based in Northern Ireland.

Formación

• Hold a Level 6 degree qualification with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• OR Level 5 qualification in Housing with 1 year relevant experience OR Level 5 qualification with 2 years relevant experience.
• OR can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a challenging workload with a wide range of responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with customers and other professionals in challenging situations
• A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process you will be required to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.

• Income collection and rent account management.
• Community involvement, community cohesion and community safety.
• Liaison with the Housing Executive’s leasehold unit regarding leaseholders within the patch.
