Job summary

The Recruitment Co is seeking a Patch Manager in Dungannon to oversee a housing patch and be the first point of contact for tenancy matters. Immediate start on a temporary contract through January 2027, 37 hours/week, £16.90 per hour, Monday–Friday.

You will support tenants, manage rent accounts, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy issues while promoting community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management, tenancy management, estate management, community development, customer services, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and make informed decisions.
• Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated housing patch and act as the first point of contact for tenancy-related matters.
• Support tenants to sustain successful tenancies through advice, guidance, and signposting to relevant support services.
• Handle tenancy commencements, tenancy terminations, transfers, assignments, successions, and direct exchanges.
• Manage rent accounts and support tenants with financial inclusion and affordability advice.
• Investigate and address tenancy issues including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and community safety concerns.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, community groups, and external agencies.
• Support estate management activities and planned maintenance programmes.
• Conduct property inspections, home visits, and tenancy-related assessments.
• Promote community engagement, cohesion, and resident involvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary until January 2027
