CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a PAT Tester for a high-profile building in Salisbury. You will perform PAT testing on portable, movable and IT equipment across laboratories, offices and plant rooms as part of a 50-strong facilities team.

The role requires a relevant PAT testing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2377-22) and a proven background in commercial building maintenance. The package includes up to £30,000, overtime, a pension and clear career progression.

Competenze

• PAT testing qualification required (e.g. City & Guilds 2377-22).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Carry out PAT testing on portable, movable and IT equipment.
• Plan and prioritise testing schedules across labs, offices and plant rooms.
• Apply pass/fail criteria and record results in CAFM system or client database.
• Identify and report defective equipment and advise on replacement.
