Qualifications

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for passionate and experienced Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join The Biltmore Mayfair, working in a professional, hospitable, and friendly environment.

As a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie, you will support the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Chef De Parties in a busy hotel kitchen. Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring consistent presentation and standards.

  • Excellent organizing and communication skills

  • An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
