Duties and responsibilities related tothe BanquetingDemiChef de Partierole

  • Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure that the preparation area is clean and organised.
  • Work efficiently to ensure dishes are ready in a timely manner.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing their section of the kitchen.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices.

About you

Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and support a section of the kitchen effectively. Possess solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining fo od safety and hygiene standards.
