Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will help prepare quality dishes, maintain mise en place and help keep service running smoothly.

With 2+ years’ experience and a passion for food, you will work in a dynamic environment that rewards learning, teamwork, and flexibility. The role includes training, team meals, and strong staff benefits in a vibrant London kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
• Passion for food and learning
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and flexibility to work weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes to required standards
• Maintain mise en place and readiness for service
• Follow recipes and plating specifications to ensure quality
• Adhere to HACCP and club policies for food safety
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service
• Participate in daily section checks, clean-downs and stock prep areas
• Support junior team members and assist in team meals as needed
• Demonstrate proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork
