• Ensuring everything is plated to perfection according to our restaurant standards.
• Set up your section for smooth service, staying in control and organised even during the busiest shifts.
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly.

• Has exceptional focus on consistency, flavour, presentation and cleanliness.
• Brings energy, focus, and a can-do attitude to every service, even during the busiest moments.
• Has in-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation, with a passion for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts.
• Can work efficiently within a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a smooth operation in the pastry section.
• Feels comfortable with menu changes and high-volume production during peak service times.
  
• Understands health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene.
