Ormiston NEW Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking a Pastoral Officer to join the pastoral team. The role is term-time plus two weeks, 37 hours per week, focusing on student wellbeing, safeguarding, and creating a safe, bully-free environment.

You will support teachers and act as a positive professional role model to students and families, contributing to a culture of respect, resilience and high standards of behaviour.

Qualifications

• Provide support to classroom teachers as part of the pastoral team.
• Ensure students feel safe and free from bullying.
• Be a positive professional role model to students and families.
