Astrea Academy Woodfields is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team and help create a safe, supportive learning environment for scholars. You will work closely with the Pastoral Year Leads to support wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, liaising with families and external agencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Scholar Success: promote positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing.
• Build Strong Relationships: liaise with families and external agencies to provide timely support.
• Maintain High Standards: assist with behaviour systems, detentions and reintegration.
• Pastoral Administration: keep records, monitor attendance and generate reports.
• Support Learning and Inclusion: foster a positive environment for learning and potential.
