Job summary

Ormiston NEW Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking a Pastoral Officer to join our pastoral team during term time plus two weeks, 37 hours per week. You will help keep students safe, support teachers, and model positive behaviour for families and pupils.

The role focuses on safeguarding, anti-bullying, and promoting a respectful school culture at 11–19 age range; experience in student welfare is welcome.

We are looking for a Pastoral Officer to join us on a term time + two weeks basis, 37 hours per week. The pastoral officer will ensure that all students feel safe and free from all aspects of bullying. They will provide support to classroom teachers as part of the pastoral team and be a positive professional role model to students and their families.
