Ormiston NEW Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking a Pastoral Officer to join the pastoral team. The role is term-time plus two weeks, 37 hours per week, focusing on student wellbeing, safeguarding, and creating a safe, bully-free environment.
You will support teachers and act as a positive professional role model to students and families, contributing to a culture of respect, resilience and high standards of behaviour.
We are looking for a Pastoral Officer to join us on a term time + two weeks basis, 37 hours per week. The pastoral officer will ensure that all students feel safe and free from all aspects of bullying. They will provide support to classroom teachers as part of the pastoral team and be a positive professional role model to students and their families.
