St Monica’s RC High School is seeking a Pastoral Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the Deputy Headteacher. The role is based at St Monica’s RC High School with a 37-hour week during term time plus 10 days, starting January 2026.

The post is fixed-term until 31 December 2027 with a salary within Grade 6 (SCP 19-24, actual £29,476–£32,557). The successful candidate will contribute to safeguarding, pastoral care, and school ethos within a Catholic multi-academy trust, and will work both
