St Monica’s RC High School in Manchester is seeking a Pastoral Manager to cover the substantive post holder on maternity leave. This exciting opportunity sits within the Trust at the start of a journey of transition, development and growth, in a welcoming school community where every person is valued.

The role requires a confident communicator, strong analytical and ICT skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, integrity and motivation.

What skills and experience we're looking for

St Monica’s RC High School are currently seeking a Pastoral Manager to cover the substantive post holder whilst on maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust is ‘a welcoming school community’ where there is “a real sense of value placed on each person as based in the image of God.” (CSI Inspection, Feb 2024) and where ‘Staff feel well supported and their workload and well-being have been duly considered.’ (Ofsted, 2024)
