Job summary

Barr's Hill School is seeking an excellent Pastoral Leader to support its aims and work with the Leadership Team to ensure students make outstanding progress by removing barriers to learning.

You will provide first line support to students on pastoral issues, provide achievement, attendance, behavioural and educational support to students and provide a strategic link between the school and other agencies and parents/carers.

• Hours 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per annum.

Job description

You will have a flexible and supportive approach to work and be a positive role model to pupils.
