Job summary

The Futures Trust are seeking an excellent Pastoral Leader to support the aims of Barr’s Hill School and work with the Leadership Team to ensure students make outstanding progress by removing barriers to learning.

You will provide first-line pastoral support, guidance on achievement, attendance, behaviour and education, and act as a strategic link between the school, families and partner agencies, while modelling a positive approach to pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to students on pastoral issues.
• Provide achievement, attendance, behavioural and educational support to students.
• Provide a strategic link between the school and other agencies and parents/carers.
• Be a flexible and supportive role model to pupils.
