Job summary

Kream is seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor in Exeter to join a busy, multi-franchised parts department. You will handle phone inquiries, lookup parts using Electronic Parts Catalogues, and respond to emails while promoting promotions and maintaining high customer service standards.

Experience with CDK Drive (Kerridge) is advantageous. A 30-day annual leave package, discounts, and development training schemes are offered as part of the employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade parts is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls within our call centre.
• Look up parts on multiple Electronic Parts Catalogues and advise trade and retail customers on pricing and availability.
• Process emails from a shared inbox and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Offer existing customers promotional products during calls.
• Record customer concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Log any lost sales in the database.
