Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor for a busy multi-franchised, privately-owned dealer group based at Matford Way, Exeter. You will handle inbound calls, lookup parts in multiple Electronic Parts Catalogues, quote availability and pricing to trade and retail customers, and manage emails from a shared mailbox.

The role offers a base salary of £28,750 with OTE up to £32,350 and a permanent, on-site contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade parts is advantageous but not essential.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Experience using CDK Drive (Kerridge) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a busy call centre.
• Lookup parts across multiple Electronic Parts Catalogues and advise customers on price and availability.
• Respond to emails from a shared mailbox in a professional manner.
• Offer existing customers at least one product from promotions when they call.
• Record customer concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Record lost sales in the database.

You’ll be operating within a busy multi-franchised parts department at Matford Way in Exeter

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls within our call centre.
• Looking up parts on a number of Electronic Parts Catalogues and advising our trade and retail customers, pricing and availability.
• Take emails from a shared email box and respond to the customer enquires in a professional manner.
• Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions.
• Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Record any lost sales on database.

About You What We’re Looking For

• Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential.
• A level of computer literacy.
• Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system advantageous.
