Job summary

Adam Curtis Specialist Automotive Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Bath is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead the Parts team and support the Parts Advisor, ensuring accurate parts selection and first‑class service.

You will diagnose customer needs, manage a parts stock, liaise with suppliers, and drive sales to retail and wholesale customers, while working Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with a 1 in 2 Saturday morning rota and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Parts Supervisor

£32k basic with £35k OTE

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.

As a Part’s Supervisor, you will be working alongside the Parts Advisor, assisting and helping in all aspects of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
• Managing a team
• Selling parts to retail and wholesales customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
• Assisting in stock checks.
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with the manufacturer.
• Discussing relevant promotions and offers to customers.
• Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.

Your Background & Skill:

• A candidate with a really stable history as a Parts Advisor looking for a step-up OR a candidate with experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor.
• Experience of using Kerridge ADP Drive would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
