Job summary

Douglas Park BMW in Hamilton is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage parts enquiries and support sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires 2+ years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A full clean driving licence is desirable, and Kerridge knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive parts experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organised with ability to undertake basic admin duties.
• Proven track record of working under pressure to hit parts sales targets.
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, reliable and responsible, team player.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence desirable.

Due to expansion, Douglas Park BMW is seeking to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join their growing Parts Department based in Hamilton.

To be successful you will ...

• Have a minimum of 2-years previous automotive parts experience.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Be organised and be able to undertake basic administrative duties.
• Have a proven track record of being able to work under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
• Be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
• Be able to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage).
• Be friendly, reliable and responsible.
• Be able to operate effectively as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Have a full clean driving licence is desirable.
