Park’s Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Supervisor for our Leeds multi-franchise site. You will lead a parts team, manage administration, and ensure high standards of customer service while driving sales targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and IT literacy; CDK knowledge is a plus. A full clean driving license is desirable as part of engagement with customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts operations or supervision.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales objectives.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple admin tasks.
• Proven track record of guiding a team under pressure.
• Ability to align team goals with business objectives.
• IT literacy; CDK knowledge is advantageous.
• Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
