Parts Supervisor – Spider is advertising on behalf of our client who pride themselves on being a highly successful, family-run company with over 40 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle Sector. They are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Parts Supervisor to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis at their state-of-the-art facilities in Colchester, Essex.
As the successful Parts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department and workshop. You will be reporting to the Parts Manager as well as managing stock levels, coordinate parts purchases, and liaise with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be a team player who values collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience within the Automotive parts/service industry, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for IT systems, we want to hear from you! You should be capable of managing a busy, multi-franchise parts department, possess an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, and be comfortable with IT operating systems. You should be adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and ideally, have experience within the Automotive parts/service industry. A full UK driving licence is required, and a forklift truck licence is an advantage.
