Job summary

Vindis Group is seeking a Parts and Service Advisor to join the Three10 Automotive and Ducati teams. You will work across front‑of‑house parts and aftersales, supporting both Three10 customers and Ducati retail and internal customers.

The role combines customer‑facing service delivery with parts handling in a high end automotive environment. You will contribute to service processes, uphold our customer communication standards, maintain accurate records, and develop strong workshop relationships

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous motor industry experience essential in parts and service.
• Motorcycle licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as trained.
• Demonstrate alignment with a robust customer communication strategy.
• Maintain electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Develop effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure timely, accurate information flow.
• Contribute to a quality culture focused on first time fixes.
• Utilise the tools and resources to become a specialist in this area.
